Has owner come forward yet? Asking around, someone else local has also mentioned a border terrier who was walked by a male, but also another called Chilli owned by an American lady who travelled a lot....does this dog respond to that name? Maybe he was with carer in owner's absence and was trying to get home??

He's lovely is he with Mayhew?
