- Other Info I bleieve the area code is SL2 near Black Park. Billy is a lovely dog and is used to the out doors, hes not danagerous and is missed very much. Any info or sightings please contact ASAP. Billy is now home safe and sound. Thank you to all that gave out pictures and help look for him.
