- It may be wise to get him microchipped and likewise a visit to the vet might be another good idea as he is becoming an escape artist. This would save the grief of a possible RTA in the future. I hope if the owner is reading this then they might also think it is a sensible way forward for all. Pleased that you have your young rogue back with you though. Regards

- I agree wholeheartedly with all the comments below. The owners of this dog are not being responsible, as has already been said, he might be involved in an rta, then you wont be so lucky to get him back. Also you are not being fair to the dog. Has he been neutered? This may calm him down a bit. Stay safe now young manx

- unfortunately this dog is continualling going missing, I am afraid it will not be long before he is run over. Dog Warden are fully aware and have been out on many occasions.
