I dont think so, Simba's picture isn't very clear but he doesn't seem to have the black stripe down the nose. Also I can't see the long fur on the ears. I've spoken to the Saluki Welfare Charity and they are 96% sure he is a pure breed Saluki, He'll be going to them if an owner doesn't come forward.

I had the dog warden scan the dog today and he couldn't pick up a microchip at all. I also saw Eddie before I posted this Saluki, they unfortunately have different marking on the chest. The found Saluki has white and cream from chin to chest whereas Eddie has not. I'll post a front view photo soon.Last edited: 2013-01-21 21:56:52 by kell0ee

I looked at Eddie too but came to the same conclusion, he'd be about 6/7 by now.

I think Eddie is chipped and he has been missing for a few years now and this is a young dog.
