Dear all...I would like to share my thanks for the updates..phonecalls and support from Shareen...he is safe and sound...just tired and a little subdued..we have all had a nice afternoon nap..after a long night and morning..I had not heard of this site before but will be using this to help others who are in the same situation...Sherene gave me some valuable tips..I didn't think my own dog would run away from me..but he did as he was petrified..eventually after crawling along in the grass and the mud he recognised me and came running...Shareen was also on hand with some cocktail sausages that was woofed down by Louie in moments. I would also like to thank the dog warden..who was great...thank you again for all your help xxx

Thanks Andy D have let owner know of this sighting and she just going to the area now......LOUIE IS VERY NERVOUS ..... DO NOT CHASE..... A VERY GENTLE APPROACH WILL BE NEEDED TO CATCH HIM AS HE HAS BEEN CHASED A FEW TIMES.......there have also been sightings in Caversham park village and Micklands road last night.....

I saw this dog this morning outside my flat in Ruskin, I tried to call him / catch him but no joy. Ran but couldnt keep up, drove around but couldnt see him. Last saw approx 8:10 heading from Ruskin to Travellers Rest direction

its worth trying at dawn/First light ill call you in the morning.leave a way in for him tonight at home if you have a garden,with his bed or blanket outside the door.

I am Louie`s owner...I have spent the last four hours searching for him..I have been to all these areas as that where I walk him..to no avail..I hope that someone has managed to catch him...we have contacted the dog warden..police..vets...and the microchip company..

check Balmore park....inform Mapledurham Golf course..search Bugs Bottom, Tokers Green areas (if that was the direction Louie was last seen running in)...poster all these areas and back down towards the river.

Adjusting poster...this is info taken from the 'other info' box.. Pup escaped from garden whilst owner at gym. Pup was being looked after by elderly relative. Owner only found out at 9pm from neighbour that pup seen running up road. Owner very upset and has been out searching.

p.s. Louis is smaller than you might expect of a Labradoodle, he is about knee high.
