- Teddy is 18 weeks old, no collar , he was in the yard, not been clipped full coat, missing from Whalley road, Altham West, Accrington bb5 I'm in beetween Altham Accrington and Clayton le moors. He is quite feisty and talks like a gremlin! we have been looking the past 4 hours but no joy,
