Someone on my FB post has said they've seen a young boxer in Cardiff ("I just passed one under the flyover from leckwith up on to the slip road to go up on to the grangetown link. lead looked like it was either tied to something or was just dragging"), which I know is quite way away - they have informed dog warden of their sighting. No colour given. Looking at when they posted it was yesterday when they saw this dog
