Update taken from the info box

Very friendly dog, and likes lots of attention. Can do 'sit', 'paw' and 'lie down', takes treats nicely. No name tag, only a black leather-look collar. No reports of missing dog of this description have been given to the police, local dog warden or RSPCA. Dog is not chipped.

Too much white on Penny's chest. This dog only has a very small tuft, about the size of a 50p piece.

I have spoken to the finder and she believes this dog could be a Springer x Labrador. The finder will be taking the dog to be scanned tomorrow.

Really don't know what breed she is, as I don't know much about that kind of thing. We are going to keep her over Christmas and hope someone gets in contact.

She looks to me like a Border Collie or Border Collie cross - whichever she's beautiful. Hope she's reunited for Xmas xx
