- Other Info Sadly, the dog was recently dead and I suspect he had either run off (unlikely as it had no collar) or had been dumped during recent wet and windy weather. He was thin but otherwise I couldn't see any injury, though he could have been hit and had run through a low sheep fence and died after concussion. Another white terrier dog had been found just the week before in the same location. The dog was found during our winter rubbish pick. I took him home in a separate plastic bag and took a photograph of
