Just before Christmas I sent an email to Lady's owners alerting them to a possible match. I have just received an email back and I am pleased to say that Lady was found at Manchester Dogs Home after being picked up by the Manchester dog warden a few weeks ago.

Welcome Home Lady, stay safe now little girl :) xx

The found on the AW site is Millie from Hurst Cross in Ashton, 14 years old and she has now been reunited with her family :) Thanks for checking x

If your not entirely sure she was pick up by a van, (I Know you wont want to think about this) but check with highways agency (close to East Lancs Rd) and with the rail company

Is Lady spayed as if so it may be worthwhile adding this to her posters as if she has been picked up by the wrong people they may decide they don't want her anymore and dump her somewhere

I have spoken to the family and they have done a great job so far. All the relevant people have been notified, posters are going up in the area. They have also been to Manchester Dogs Home and will be visiting Leigh. The microchip company has been notified.
