Thank you very much for your help - have emailed her poster to the Travellers Liason Officer
Lilybear
Thanks Korabb I will be sure to feed that back.

Lilybear - no worries. As I said there is a Travellers site right on the main road near to where the dogs were sighted. However, if anyone picks up a wandering dog may be sensible to take it to our local vet to check for a microchip just in case they don't belong to them.

Korabb..1000 apologies I think I have knocked 'report this' by mistake on your very useful entry confirming a travellers site at exact location. Am so sorry, fat fingers on small phone.Last edited: 2012-09-14 17:36:41 by Lilybear

I'm sorry I've no better descriptions at the moment. Google Wiltshire Traveller Liaison Officer, the 01722 number. They may have visited the site at Tidworth. Passing drivers are reporting small dogs allowed to wander in road from the camp. I'm not local to area but if I hear anything will update.

Hi, turns out there were two sightings of dogs: 0630hrs 13/07/2012 - nr to Tidworth Community Centre, Wyle Road, Tidoworth, SP9 - then at 0905hrs, Pennings Road, A338. Both descriptions match as above.

Thank you for taking the time to list this found dog and ensuring the safety of the dog.
Please ensure that you notify your local Dog Warden and the local Police Station - in Scotland you MUST inform your local Police Station and if possible contact the Dog Warden also.
The found dog may have a Microchip or a Tattoo - please have the dog scanned and checked for a tattoo at a vet's so that owners may be contacted as soon as possible.
Please check on our Missing pages in case the Found dog has been registered as missing with us.
If possible please add a photo as this greatly assists our work in matching Found dogs with Missing dogs.
