- We have already tried back tracking the chip. The micro chip company gave us the vet that implanted it's details but they have no record of the owner, which is really helpful.
Also I think it is just the picture, he doesn't have a shaved leg! - 2012-08-26 09:01 pollydog
- If the chip is not registered, it may still be possible to find out which vet practice or implanter organisation it was supplied to. Most chips operate a "back track" system so the chip is registered to whoever it is supplied to, until implant details are registered. May be worth checking with Petlog to see if they have backtrack info for the chip - this would at least give a clue as to where he belongs.

- What's happening with all these GSD's that are being found in South West. This one looks like one of it's front leg has been shaved like they do when they have an operation. Unbelievable!!!
