An appeal for information has been issued after a pet dog was reported stolen from a garden in Downs Road , Canterbury .
Dolly, an eight-month-old Chihuahua bitch, is believed to have been taken at about 5pm on Monday 13 August.
Witnesses report seeing young men in the area, aged about 20 to 25 – one believed to be with a dog under his arm and seen getting into a blue hatchback car, possibly a Peugeot or Renault.
Anyone with information should contact PC Nick Bell at Kent Police on 101, giving reference ZY/22667/12 of Kent Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
