- I have had some more information come through regarding the dog and it is infact a Flat-coated Retriever, he is now at Pine Farm Kennels nearby and he is suffering from a little mange.

- This dog is micro-chipped, the lady who had the dog last night took him down to the local vets and he has got a microchip. The chip is registered to an address in Newquay, no contact number. The vets called a vet down there who confirmed the last time they saw him, he was a puppy in 2007.
