Fantastic news. So pleased Paddy has been found safe and well. Have only just returned to the UK today. I was really concerned about this little chap. (I thought he may be hiding) Stay safe now Paddyxxx:-)

well done finder and well done Paddy's family who worked so hard to spread the word that he was missing.
according to owner he is tired and thin- is going for a check up but he seems fine overall

Absolutely fab news over the moon, just shows the importance of tags. We get collars which are embroided as spaniels have habits of losing tags

I have just had a text from minigirl with the fabulous news that Paddy has been found safe and sound !!
He was found hiding near the river bank between Macro and Humber Bridge by a man walking his dog who contacted Paddys owners via the details on his tag. Well done and thankyou to that man ! So pleased to be able to say welcome home little Paddy and please stay safe from now on xxx

Hi everyone - I have just been speaking to the owner (jane) and she has been out leafleting and searching again today - but she has asked me to express her deepest thanks for all the help and support you have been giving over this difficult time - she is very hopefully paddy will be home soon following all the recent sightings - thanks again!

Rosedale back all checked, did Lomand too, and cycle track. Will check calvert area today and round the church and shops.

So pleased there have been some possible sightings ! I agree with Owls advice that Paddy may well be afraid and lying low. I did mention to his owners that he may be scared to return home as he may think if he does the bad thing that happened to him. ( being hit by the car ) will happen again . I have known this to be the case with many dogs and in particular small breeds . Hopefully the postering will bring in more sightings and this lovely little chap will soon be home again x x

Thank you everyone.
Owner has been out leafleting,postering and speaking to people in the area today.
There have been two possible sightings of Paddy reported since the leafleting.
One on Tuesday at around 1.30pm on Lockton Grove and one either on Tuesday or Wednesday afternoon heading over Calvert Road.
Talked about whether the sightings were forming a triangle and about scenting the area.
Owner is doing more door to door searching and flyering tomorrow.
Really hoping for more news of Paddy soon

Owner needs to leaflet every house within a couple of miles asking people to check under bushes, hedges, sheds and decking in their garden. Janiejewel is right, small dogs especially will hide under things if they are hurt or afraid. He may be eating food put out for birds in gardens

Just added Paddy to my facebook page...we are in Hull but the wrong side...lets hope he's home soon, I saw him on Izzy's page so popped across so I could facebook him...will be checking in to see if he's home xxx

Hope Paddy will be found safe and sound soon. If he has been hurt he could be hiding behind or in a hedge somewhereand too nervous to come out. This happened to sfomeone I kow once. Good luck

sadly still no news of Paddy. The possible sighting was on Calvert Lane near Anlaby Road.Owners are postering and searching around that area.

Paddy is still missing. There was a possible sighting of him a few streets away an hour after he was hit by a car. Owners are postering and searching. Hoping this lovely boy is found very soon xxx

Paddy is missing in Hull - He was hit by a car at 1730 hours on Sunday outside owners house (Lomond rd) and he ran off. They have searched all the streets and local areas but he's nowhere to be seen. He's a black poochon, cross between a miniature poodle and bishon. Mainly black curly hair with a white patch under his chin. He's chipped and has a tag on with my mobile number. 07952538702 - Owner is a jane gray but she only had mobile internet access hence why I have posted it for her
