- Other Info Wandering in the traffic, ran into field but caught with the help of my dog and a passing cyclist. Taken to Croft Vets Hospital Cramlington at 9 pm who were keeping overnight before handing to dog warden

- yes the dog warden said he had tried to catch him a few days earlier but he had ran off. He was fit and healthy but a bit thin and very hungry! I think he just decided it was time to give himself up, Mal.Last edited: 2012-06-21 08:30:12 by Mal

- Im delighted he has been found as i saw him on friday and he wandered into the road and a car clipped him, he limped off into field. I reported the incident to the rspca when i got home but ey were not much help, so im really pleased he is safe and sound :-)

- I have emailed a photo to admin. He ia at the vets until the dog warden collects this afternoon; a very friendly dog.

Please ensure that you notify your local Dog Warden and the local Police Station - in Scotland you MUST inform your local Police Station and if possible contact the Dog Warden also.
The found dog may have a Microchip or a Tattoo - please have the dog scanned and checked for a tattoo at a vet's so that owners may be contacted as soon as possible.
