- If chipped to Irish address she may have come in via one of the rehoming charities who rehome Irish dogs, although I would have thought they'd have registered the chip to the new owner if this was the case. i work for Blue Cross and will double check our local centres, but our chips are always registered to new owners when we rehome, so v unlikely to be one of ours.

The found dog may have a Microchip or a Tattoo - please have the dog scanned and checked for a tattoo at a vet's so that owners may be contacted as soon as possible.
