Heard from owner, Bruno still has a problem with his leg and is still under the Vets. But with such loving owners, he will be cared for very well and hopefully all will be just fine soon. Thank you Bruno, Kim & Dan for your "thank you's". Seeing Bruno get home is what it's all about and makes it all worthwhile. Kiera was looking after him from above! xxx

I am so very pleased to say Bruno is home!!!!!! He got himself to the back door a short while ago. It appears he was injured and has been to the vets - he has cuts on his face and legs. He has to be monitored for 24 hours, in case of concussion I suspect or other injury, but all in all, I think we have a fantastic happy ending here. I am sooooo pleased. Had all sorts of visions in my brain with this boy. So very glad he is now safe and sound at home. Welcome home Bruno. Please stay safe now, and don't give us any more frights. You wore your mum to a frazzle. So glad you are safe, baby. xxx

Sighting yesterday morning after 8.00am. Someone contacted owner this morning to say they hit a dog and he ran off. Owner is out searching ditches and bushes etc. If anyone can help search PLEASE do so. We need to find him quickly its been 28 hours. He could have been picked up but he could also still be out there. PLEASE HELP. Thank you. x

Bruno got out at 8.00am and owner followed but he disappeared. Dog wardens notified, posters up, microchip company notified and owners have been searching all day. There is a T site quite close to his regular walk along river.

Owner, leave your gate open and put something like a towel or bed linen outside for him to lie on if he gets home in the night. You can try scenting from where he was seen back towards home, if it is a safe route, or just scent around the sighting to keep him there if he has just got a bit lost. Also poster heavily where he was sighted. Laminate them if possible due to the rain, or even laminate a few that will last and even black and white ones from a photocopier tend to last longer than coloured ones from a home printer, if in the rain. If he is insured the insurance should pay for advertising i.e. posters and adverts. You might be able to get a deal with a local printer for a couple of hundred if they know its a lost dog. The most important thing to do after notifying the chip company is to POSTER! Do everything in the emails I sent. You CAN do it! We are here to help you. x

Have shared on Facebook. It might be worth having a stroll down Halfhide Lane? Somebody down there might have picked him up.
