He was picked up on Greystones Rd just off Eccleshall Rd, right in the area we tracked him to the night before. Jean tells me he seems fine and is catching up on sleep.

Harry is safe in Sheffield City Dogs Home and will be collected tomorrow. We will move to reunited as soon as he has been collected and is back with Jean.

We need some help on the ground please. Owner and Harry only arrived here on Friday from Australia, owner does not know area at all, they will both be affected by jet lag. If anyone in S7 or adjacent areas can help with postering and searching, please make contact with owner. Harry has been going in and out of gardens and the problem is that if any passer by sees him standing in a garden they will think he belongs there and not identify him as a stray.

According to Wispa's nose Harry has spent his time going in and out of gardens and pub car parks and round dustbins, so someone should spot him soon. The trail went through some woods but Harry seems to have gone straight through without hanging around.

i have been to the owners home tonight along with owl and wispa ...wispa soon picked up the scent and we covered a good three mile circle ..we were taken by wispa up tp the top of carternowle roadand headed towards i think its called bannercross on the way towards hunters bar ...this lad only arrived in this country on friday after a 36 hour flight from australia with no food ..he had very little food only before escaping on saturday !!so he must be very hungry and tired ,maybe even jet lagged and very lost !!i hope he finds his way home soon ...i have advised the owner how to scent the area to help him find his way home .

Have spoken to owner. She has advised all relevant authorities that Harry is missing. She has also informed the dog warden and kennels that his chip is Australian, as is the number on his tag.
Owner is going to poster the area this evening and contact local vets.

Hope Harry is found soon. I live nearby and am in Ecclesall woods everyday so will keep on the alert and ask fellow dog walkers.
