- Other Info I heard that the police had picked this dog up in the morning of friday 23rd march 2012, they could not trace the owners so the dog has gone to the local dog wardens, which usually end up at Hathern dog rescue, if anyone has lost a staffie please contact the dog warden for details as I have no info other than one had been picked up, phone number for leicestershire police included below

- you could call the police station and find out where the dog was taken too as there are a few places around leicstershire there is also one in Countesthorpe that take in stray dogs fromt he police, maybe this info could be passed onto the chap who was looking x

- One of DogLost LE helpers had a knock on her door last night from a gentleman missing a young black and white bitch. Due to lateness in the day no one at Hathern or DW is answering phones. Please ensure that you notify your local Dog Warden and the local Police Station - in Scotland you MUST inform your local Police Station and if possible contact the Dog Warden also.
The found dog may have a Microchip or a Tattoo - please have the dog scanned and checked for a tattoo at a vet's so that owners may be contacted as soon as possible.
