- Have the police been informed? Is the CCTV footage still available. Was it a school day - local schools informed? ?truants - 16th March was a Friday?
- 2012-03-27 15:03 Goldenfrodo
- Jessie has still not been found. There is CCTV of 2 teenage boys but owner couldnt work out who they were.
They went into a shop, borrowed a lead saying they would return it after they'd taken Jessie to the RSPCA. They didnt do either of these things.
They are described as about 13 to 17. both with dark hair. and went towards Rhos or Colwyn Bay.
Please can any helpers in these areas look out for these boys and Jessie. Thanks x - 2012-03-27 12:37 Goldenfrodo
