roxyismissed. Im bo expert but if I was you I would see someone in charge at the Police station, such as a Supt`d, Inspector etc. Also if you suspect this person is involved in dog fighting, I would contact the RSPCA, as I believe they have a fairly good record in this sort of thing (Dog fighting). Also it may be a good idea to seek advice from your local Animal Welfare Officer at your council, as I know sometimes they have dealings with the RSPCA and the Police in the course of their work. I know someone who used to work for our local council, and said this is the case. TRY ALL AVENUES ROXYISMISSING AND KEEP BEING A "PEST" GOOD LUCK. KEEP US POSTED.

Update from the Police, the officer who attended said he warned me that is was Civil matter, and updated logs at 22:22 saying that this is so. However once i explained to the officer what has happened and explained that i have Roxy documents etc, and also said why would i give a guy who was only suppose to have Roxy temporary til Sunday, and have also refused to return that day,i suppose after Sunday going on my word that its classed as theft now, after 30 mins of explaining, and the Officer saying its still a Civil Matter and again and again explaining i have all the Documents for Roxy, he later admitted it was theft and will get the Officer who came out last night to call me. To be honest i dont think im going to get anywhere with the officer, and last night i told him he was very rude, saracastic and wasnt prepared to listern to me. So i think i may have the same kinda response today when he calls.

My apologies i was thought Buxton was classed as Midlands. So far i have contacted my local dog wardens who added Roxy to there register, was hoping for any general advice, but lady admitted she was just admin. I have also rang the police to get the ID of the police officer that came out last night, to attend while the Guy who has my dog told me he isnt returning her and sold her to a guy in Mansfield. Later on to have a call who claims she has Roxy and lives in Yorkshire rang on withhold number, and that she wanted Roxy uptodate injection documents ! with me telling her and demanding that my dog is returned and has refused, didn't even sound angry that she has got her money taken for a stolen dog. Im assuming that she is part of this. I have rang my Vets this morning to confirm Roxy isnt in my care and the person who has her is trying to get a copy of her Medical History.
