Spoken to the AW and it is Bulvine. Currently at the holding kennels and being dropped off today.

- I have made contact with the owner and all the right authorities have been informed. I have gone through other contacts and will be catching up with her tomorrow regarding postering etc.
Bulvine just seemed to disappear from the house, something he hasnt done before.
Im trying to find out more from the AW post below. Currently they dont have anymore details but will have tomorrow.
