Very sad, run free at the bridge Columbo Xx Kathy - I have just seen your post on here about a young, smart Border Terrier being seen in the forest in Epping, my male Border Oscar went missing last year and we live very close to Epping (Threshers Bush, nr Harlow) it is possible this could be him! Can your friend give a better description of the Border she saw, there are some photo's of Oscar on his DogLost Page (27306) if she could possibly have a look and see if it could have been him??? Thanks x

I am very sad to have to report that poor little Columbo's body was found in a drain on the nearby golf course. My condolences go out to his owners.

I have spoken to the owner. Columbo was out with the family when he shot off after a fox and has not been seen since. It is a fairly rural area and close to a golf course. All authorities have been notified, Battersea are aware and the local community are all looking out for him. He is not the type of dog that would willingly go to a stranger. Photo has been emailed in to admin.
