- Ok, now that he is settled in his foster home we have more information about him..
He is not a pure whippet. We think he may be a whippet x collie x greyhound possibly. He is on the thin side, but seems ok otherwise. He is a lovely boy.

- Ah, well done catcher, glad he is safe and warm tonight, it's too cold out there for a whippet! Hope he is reunited or rehomed soon.xx

- He was found wearing the brown collar pictured.
Apparently he has been living in the field next to the ladies house for a couple of weeks and was starting to loose condition. The lady decided to try and catch him by leaving food out for him. He finally took some food yesterday and she was able to catch him today.
She then phoned us to take him for her, and we are contacting the dog warden, and hopefully finding his owners. - 2012-01-14 14:58
