My sympathy to Bud`s owners. Take comfort that at least you can lay him to rest, and also he will never be far away from those who loved and cared for him. Also one day you will be reunited with him. Night, night, sleep tight. Sending Bud`s family loads of comforting hugs and healing thoughts for their sadness at this time. God Bless Bud (Who is now playing at Rainbow Bridge) and his family.

message from Bud's owner--------Got two phone calls today from people to say that there has been an other two sightings of what they think is Bud.I Went straight down to Linthaugh road in Pollok where they had said they had seen him but still no result in finding Bud. Went round the houses in that area to ask if anyone has seen him and put more posters up. Please keep helping us find Bud. We need him home x

carol
just back from area went round all areas i visited before. put additional posters on trees lamp posts and bus shelters along linhaugh and up by shops. also postered shops over by lethland road way.
put poster on park entrance at hosptal car park (to dark to go further in) would also like poster at lodge house enterance but had nothing to stick one on there.
so sadly didnt see Bud.
would suggest owner revisit area were there has been a sighting at the same time each day - at the shops and play park area.
in conversation earlier owner informed me they had a call this morning sighting at the play area near linhaugh. i didnt feel safe to poster that area.
owner has my number please call if you require any further help.Last edited: 2012-01-09 21:27:05 by carol

Sable or Jayne - i'm all ready to go out after work and poster and look for Bud but i have not heard anything from the owner.
i am a bit hesitant to go alone as there are dogs roaming about and would not like to lift the wrong one or see one similar and then unable to contact the owner!
can you please advise?
DogLostJayne - Founder Doglost.
Thanks Carol thats very kind of you.
carol
i have posters printer offered to meet owner tonight to tour the pollok area - waiting response.

Thank you so much Carol. That's a great help.POST on Lostdogs-Scotland from Bud's owner.--------
A possible sighting of Bud at Cathill in Pollok on the 8 th January at 1.30pm. We looked around the area for about 2 hours but still no joy. If anyone has any information please contact us. Miss him so much !

carol
i didnt get out until it was dark so had a look around possible areas outside park based on Bud going over the bridge to pollok i would suggest looking around these pockets regular - linhaugh road, towerside crescent, winhill road and grass area leading back to rosshall park. bonnyholme avenue, dormanside, lynecross, meikerig crescent, hepland avenue and road.
area around st james church and st monica's primary and lethland road - this area in particular should be visited as there are dogs roaming free here and if Bud is used to being with other dog then he may follow one of these! not sure but an idea.
Bud could also have came out of the park at the car park side and crossed over to leverndale area but i have not had time to cover that.
Bud is lost so near to his home i'm sure he will turn up however there are not enough posters that i could see.
i work full time so unable to search during daylight. but will get posters printed.
i have had no contact from owner as yet so not sure whats what but will continue to look out for Bud.
carol
i had a good waqk round the park today. i initailly started at the lodge house accross from The Pines but left voice message for owner as I saw no posters and felt i was in wrong area. I then focused on the area leading from the hospital lower car park (saw 2 posters) i assume Bud may have been lost from here? worringly there are not enough posters around. if Bud has not come to harm he possibly crossed the bridge to Pollok I drove round a large area in Pollok (a lot of free running dogs here)if owner could check this daily she may see him, I will get street names forgot to do that.
I would suggest loads more postering and also keep an eye on Pollok as this kinda leads him home. Having spoken to owner the other day Bud is familair with area and not to far from home so he could easily pick up scents, owner is at park each day looking.
Have left message for owner await contact. I could help with postering and searching.
