I am so very sorry. My heart truly does go out to you. Network Rail needs to be brought to account. This is way out of order. My congratulations go to Miku's owners who called the police - well done! So glad they listened. This hole in the fence needs to be fixed. I suggest calling the MP for this area. NR doesn't care, but eventually they may have to. We all have to put pressure on this abominable company. Dogs just don't see the danger. Miku's owners, please know that Miku did not suffer. I lost my dog in the same way. For some reason God needs our special babies back far quicker than we would like, but he makes sure he does it quickly and without pain. Miku has already earnt his wings. He will wait for you to finish earning yours and you will be reunited again, this time you will never part. I promise. God bless you and sweet Miku, forever. x

I am so sorry to hear of the passing of such a hansome lad..we lose too many of of loved ones to the railways.....

Owner informed me that there was a hole in the fence so big that a car could be driven through it. Bad enough that so many dogs are killed this way, but children or adults could end up the same way.

Miku's body has been found near the railtrack.Railway Police were contacted when Network Rail would do nothing to help find his body.
So sorry, Miku, beautiful boy. God bless and keep you safe in heaven.

After information given to owner, it is thought that Miku's body has been seen at the side of the railway track and of course, Network Rail do not want to know and are not going to send someone out to look - meanwhile - refusing to allow Miku's owner to there to find her dog. The fencing is full of huge holes where any child could get in and be killed.

Miku was wearing a reflective flashing collar which has been found near the railway line. Owners are searching to see if he is nearby.
