After sharing this girls details everywhere I found the owner...this is her email to me:
Its sad to say this is my dog but I no longer have time to walk her or look after her I live in Leamington spa and I am single mom of 3?. it upset me seeing picture and had to tell u about her x Her name is Casey shes about. A year old she great with other dogs she loves water n gets on well with cats likes a lot of attention x x x x x x. Sorry Casey x. Hpe she finds good home she needed more walks as has lots of energy saves wastin timex thanks

We now need to find a rescue space for this girl x
