Is this fella still not claimed?
Emma
There was recently a dog similar to this one that was registered as MISSING on DogLost. Sometime in late October. I'll go and see if I can find the details, as I think they look very similar. < I believe the dog I was thinking of has been reunited already. Last edited: 2011-12-01 16:19:45 by Emma

What a lovely looking boy, very characterful face. What will happen to him if no one comes forward?
Viv
what about GoGo that was stolen as a puppy in 2009 - 18895 xx
Neighbark
How ironic that with all the dogs being stolen in the S.E. - now we have one found in this area.....and not claimed.
Neighbark
Oh Beverly, u r a saint! Giving this lovely dog a chance to recover, and therefore giving his owners longer to find him. Bless u.
Shereen
Thanks Beverly for the updated photo of this gorgeous boy,im going to bump him to the top to see if anyone recognises him,its a much better photo now.Last edited: 2011-11-25 21:51:20 by Shereen

Thanks for the update, Beverly - great to know he's getting the time he needs to recover. Meanwhile I'll keep him ticking over on the Twitter account, & watch for any possible lost reports.
Beverly
Hi I'm the temporary carer of this beautiful dog. I havn't put anything in the Henley Standard at the moment simply because he has a few health issues - all do able with the correct treatment but he is under the vet currently and in isolation with 24 hour care. If I can find the owner it would be great for him but for now he's content and when he is back to full health we will actively start searching.
Serena
I've been tweeting but no luck yet. Is he still being kept locally? Could the Henley Standard help?
Shereen
Ive requested another picture...it may not be with us until monday?
Shereen
Sorry I havnt got on here till late...I checked this dog against Charlie as its not so far away,I called finders to double check the colouring and he is black where as Charlie is grey and neutured, found is entire....Bo has a white chest so it cant be him,but thanks for checking, please keep looking....it could be possible the owners are on holiday...Serena...Ill see if we can get some better pics...this boy has a very slight bit of grey on his eyebrows but not alot.Last edited: 2011-11-17 23:56:26 by Shereen

I wondered about this one Bo 28113 but would need a pic of it's front! Not in the area but might have been stolen?
Serena
Millypod: I wondered about this as well, but looking at library pics on Google I wasn't sure he's the right shape. I'm not familiar with Giant Schnauzers though - any opinion, anyone? SHEREEN: any chance the temp fosterer can get some better/closer pics?

Hi could this be Charlie from Lost section no 33174?
Serena
Sonning Common vets informed. They haven't received any "missing dog" reports, but they do keep a folder for lost animal details, and now have a copy of the poster. Very helpful, will be alert for news of any lost dog matching description.
Serena
Have posted on Labradoodle Assoc. page here http://tinyurl.com/7bhfwjr - as opinion seems to be that he's almost certainly a doodle or a poodle cross, is Admin happy to update the description? Labradoodle Trust: I tweeted you yesterday (@LostDogsSE), could you or whoever runs the account possibly RT as well?
Puddies
very strange that no ones come forward, prehaps as suggested owners are on holiday and someone else is looking after him, im guessing the dog warden has already been informed, someone somewhere must be missing him, they are lovely dogs :)
Kat4
I will also get somebody to post details of this boy on the FB doodles page. Wonder if he has escaped from a boarding kennel ?
Doodle Trust
He's deffo a Doodle. Can somebody contact me with the info please?
enquiries@labradoodletrust.com I'll also post it on the Labradoodle Trust forum, doodletimes.org.uk
Kat4
He does look like a labradoodle or another poodle cross. Will post this info on DoodlesnPoodles forum. There is also a specific rescue for doodles
http://www.labradoodletrust.com/

So glad this boy is being well cared for and hope he can be reunted with his family soon.
Serena
Yes I'll drop by SC vets tomorrow. I've finally managed to sign up to the Labradoodle forum (sign-up page seems to be having problems), I'll post as soon as registration email received etc.Last edited: 2011-11-17 03:21:11 by Serena

I think they may know SueD ...if not Serena is going to see them .

There's an excellent local vet practice in Sonning Common. Sure they'll have an idea who he is.
Shereen

Serena
Shereen: great, at least gives us a chance to get the word out, without him being whisked off to some distant kennel for immediate rehoming! Puddles: yes I wondered if he was part lab. Perhaps a cross-post on Labradoodle Association forum might be helpful?
Puddies
could this be a labradoodle? I know someone who has one that has a very similar coat to this chap.
Shereen
Privately.....hes being VERY well looked after : )
Serena
I'll put some posters up tomorrow. Where's he being held at the mo? Privately or in a 7-day kennel?
Shereen
Thanks Serena, its very strange nobody seems to be looking for him???Last edited: 2011-11-16 08:23:14 by Shereen
