This is shocking about Dot's microchip...lets hope both these dogs are found soon x

I have received an email from Dots owner and the dog in the photo is not Dot. She has phoned the vet again as her husband was going to write a letter of complaint about the chip not working and it transpires that when she gave them Dots chip number and they said they had it they didn't. The chip number for the dog Michelle had starts 94 whereas Dot's starts 97.

So now we have 2 missing Brittany Spaniels to look for...

We live very near to Horsforth & pass through there all the time, will keep our eyes peeled and share the info, look forward to hearing of them both being back home :)

thats an amazing coincidence,,but I cant see that much red on the side of the found girl,,so hope its her though ;-)

Have posted on DogLost Yorkshire on FB, and looked at both pictures of found and lost dog, they definitely do look similar, plus there are not alot of Brittanys about.

found dog 33986 looks like Dot, trying to put owners in contact with finder and have sent dog warden number for Horsforth in case she has been picked up overnight. hope this is Dot, Stay safe x

• If your dog is microchipped please let the microchip company know that your dog is missing and check that all details are up to date.
• Owners targeted by a malicious hoaxer demanding money for the return of their dog should phone the police on 101 immediately and contact admin@doglost.co.uk
• A photograph of your dog is essential for the website. If you have not already uploaded one, please do so by clicking on Update details. Alternatively you can email it to admin@doglost.co.uk quoting the dog's DogLost ID number: (33649)
• Obtain a missing poster by clicking on View poster above. Posters are very important so start postering now!
• You will need to be logged in to upload photos, edit your dog's details, or add comments. You can add comments by clicking on Click here to add a comment.
• Contact dog wardens, vets and local rescue centres, and in Scotland, the Police. Give a detailed description with any distinguishing marks/scars or send them a copy of your DogLost poster. You can find vets in your area here.
