- Have had a call from the local dog warden who checks Doglost regularly...to say she had a report into day of a black chihuahua that owners say jumped out of their car in that same area....no contact number but have emailed the kind lady who put the dog on Doglost and given her the home number of the caring dog warden...who even though its out of hours wants to help...watch this space...

- What cowards to throw a dog from the car. Did they not have the courage to ask for help from the many dog rescues that exist. Do hope that there is a good outcome for the poor unwanted dog.

Please ensure that you notify your local Dog Warden and the local Police Station - in Scotland you MUST inform your local Police Station and if possible contact the Dog Warden also.
The found dog may have a Microchip or a Tattoo - please have the dog scanned and checked for a tattoo at a vet's so that owners may be contacted as soon as possible.
