a number of posts edited or removed. we have confirmed that there is a crime number issued, and that, in our opinion, this dog has been stolen. We are continuing to help the owner recover her dog.
I would seek the advice of a solicitor if it was me. At least they can tell you where you stand if you can prove ownership.
to poochpal: we been back to police and they still saying its a civil matter. yes we have witnesses to say she snatched him, we have seen logan advertised on internet but not sure if he still with her or been sold yet. we had logan from birth really coz me and my partner hand reared 4 pups including logan to make sure they survived and we did this out of kindness

I have sent you an email for more details. If you have a CRN then police must agree a crime has taken place. Are you sure its not just a reference number when you reported it to them?

Go back to the police and push for action. You could also go to the Citazens Advice. Do you have proof that he was taken by the breeder, have you seen him advertised for sale again or is he still with the breeder? How long did you have Logan before he was taken?
to doglady. thanks for comment breeders take back dogs to resell knowing police can do nothing this is not the first time she has done this, we have only recently found out
Why would the breeder have taken the dog sorry need to ask as this is not know of.
Sorry to see that LOGAN is missing.
