There is no stone unturned in our search for Tucker... so phoned Julie the finder of this dog who was extremely understanding and gave us all the details she could re trying to match Tucker's description Picture etc. with details very similar and although along way off Julie mentioned there had been a big gathering locally and as Tucker had been sighted with traveler's previously we thought worth following up with a call to the kennels.... lady started off being very helpful dog was still there (Sunday 6th day in kennels) and agreed with the description Julie had given us even the colour of the collar, I then explained how far a way we were in Northants, asking if it was possible to send a pic by phone/ email anything?? all of a sudden I was passed to a younger lady who said no its not the dog and anyway it had been claimed, was a different colour/not docked etc and now all of a sudden microchipped, which Julie confirmed that the dog she took in herself (Warden did not have time) was not as proved when scanned on arrival, this all seemed odd so I insisted I send a pic by email just in case there was a mistake, the lady then gave me an email but when I tried to send Tucker's pic it did not exist I felt so upset..... Julie kindly offered to re visit kennels today to get a pic for us just to confirm or rule out the little dog, on her arrival the kennels would not let her even look saying the dog had been claimed earlier today and was no longer there!! This may or may not be the case but either way both myself and Julie were treated very badly, Julie even tried to ask how/where etc. lady was rude and most unhelpful. We are now left wondering??? which is the last thing we need under the circumstances... things should have been handled and discounted in a more compassionate manner but more worrying WHAT IF IT WAS TUCKER... a pic was all that was needed do they not know what people go through... they did mention dogs trust at one point does anyone know where the dogs go to from here???

Thanks Julie, did you manage to take a photo of him that you could upload on here? Keeping everything crossed he is reunited with his family soon. Jan x
