Thank you , Yes he had followed the River Mersey, Had trips round Sale and Chorlton Water Parks and then was spotted soaking up the sun on a deckchair !

Five miles away! Jack must be as fit as flea! Very glad you found him-How did he get so far? Did he follow the River Mersey or a bitch on heat? He sounds a real character- you must be so very relieved he is back home safe and sound. He will sleep sound tonight after his long trek-that's for sure.

I have just had a phone call and found Jack some 5 miles away !! Thank you for all your help and info and i cannot advise others enough who have lost pets to POSTER POSTER POSTER everywhere possible ! I had so many phone calls on sightings it traced me to an area that i postered this morning and then recieved the phone call that found him !!

Details now updated. Posters and media coverage are the key to getting Jack home if someone has found him and does not report him as found to the right people. Great he is MICROCHIPPED. Hopefully someone has picked him up and family will get that most important call soon. Jan x

Hi Jan

Jack is a full yorkshire terrier, I could only find the option i listed although after i realised its listed as terrier Yorkshire ! He is 3 years old in November. Jack likes to explore and is very hard to watch constantly and has found a hole in the garden fence to escape
We are very worried as he has not gone for this long before and he has been missing since Sat 23 at approx 5pm
