email from Ruby's owner ----We've had various calls from people who thought they'd seen her, but nothing positive. We've not given up and there are lots of people out looking still.

from owner: Ruby is a 4 year old Border x Lakeland terrier. She is tiny for the breed, and looks more like a border, but much smaller than the normal breed standard.

She is mainly reddish brown, with a distinctive almost st Andrews cross marking across her shoulders. When she's happy she does a funny little dance whilst sitting down, by shuffling her front paws and wagging her bum. Spends a lot of her time asking for her tummy to be tickled and likes her sleep. She has not been docked.

We lost her at Pond Cottage-mid way between Caputh and Dunkeld on Saturday the 9th July at approximately six thirty. She dissappeared with her daughter rabbiting we think. Her daughter came back but her mother didn't. We've contacted the game keepers in the area, and apparently they are dog friendly-fingers crossed.

She has a microchip from petlog, but our address is the old one-Alexandra House, Dunkeld St, Aberfeldy.

Sorry to see that RUBY is missing.
  • If your dog is microchipped please let the microchip company know that your dog is missing and check that all details are up to date.
  • Owners targeted by a malicious hoaxer demanding money for the return of their dog should phone the police on 101 immediately and contact admin@doglost.co.uk
  • A photograph of your dog is essential for the website. If you have not already uploaded one, please do so by clicking on Update details. Alternatively you can email it to admin@doglost.co.uk quoting the dog's DogLost ID number: (31160)
