- confirming it is Seth that was found, I have spoken with the dog warden he has spoken with the owner. The first warden I spoke too said they had a female, but he was mistaken.

- I thought I had found this dog, bit of a coincedence but a long haired Chihuahua was found the same night in my local park sadly this is a female.I have passed the owner the DW 24 hour number to call. I have told owner I will keep my eyes peeled .
