This a lottery win with no ticket, for all who have lost your loving pet please don't loose heart this has taught us a great lesson ,one don't give up ,two there is a light at the end of the tunnel, Roxy has spent six weeks alone on a central reservation, with heavy traffic each side , no food or drink at hand , but she has survived ,in a place we would never of dream,t

hi all, birmingham dog warden here, just to let you all know roxie was spotted on sunday and spotted at 2.30am this morning by her owner, owner and an experienced trapper are going out tonight to try and get her, owner is very pleased as there has been no sightings of her for 2 weeks then she pops up in the same place again, no idea where she has been for two weeks, hopefully she will be caught tonight and im praying with all my heart she is !!! Come on Roxie daddy is waiting for you xxx
CarolineMurphy
No news unfortunately - trying to find information of a found dog in Wolverhampton that the finder is proving hard to contact. Other than that - owners have postered everywhere and still no new sightings. She is chipped and I think that is what they are holding out for xxx
MHale
Balsall Heath Park - seems to be the same distance away but in a triangle from your home area - have you put posters up there? Have they heard anymore from anyone? I'm keeping an eye n the found / sighting of a GSD in Bristol 30312 - I would say too far to be this one, however you just don't know if she was taken by car and then lost again.
CarolineMurphy
Thanks Sue, let owner know, but unfortunately no news or updates on Roxy, they're not giving up hope and are still postering but unfortunately no sightings are anything to work from at the moment :( xxx

Advertised in The Countryman's Weekly magazine today. I hope it brings some news.
DogLostRiverlady
Have put Roxy on twitter + will circulate.

Have just spoken to the owners of Roxy, no new sightings but we're not giving up hope. Posters are still going up, radio stations becoming involved, we need to keep up the publicity so anyone who can share her Facebook link or advert somehow would really help xxx

Apologies for duplicate posts, Internet having a spazz...Last edited: 2011-06-01 12:14:29 by CarolineMurphy

Hey hun - have you got a facebook page for Roxie or would you like me to make her one? We have had a lot of response to the ones made for Sadie (other German shep) and Aria (the italian greyhound), I'd be happy to make one for you if you'd like. She has been posted all over DogLost facebook page for Central and West Mids but can make her a personal one if you'd like which we will link from both xxx
marlowe65
thanx diane we hope she is miss her so much just want her back your right about the calls but when your down that much you dont need them they are just sad people who need to get lives thanx again speak to you soon
Diane
Unfortunately due to printer problem I cant print posters but have been spreading the word in Yardley. My Dreamer has been missing nearly a year now and I know how upsetting the prank calls are, for some reason Sunday night is when I used to get most of them. Just remember these are very sad people and not worth the time of day. It's good you are getting sightings, keep positive, she'll be home soon.
Kelly
This girls been sighted near calthorpe park at 7am this morning me and owner have been looking but could not find, hoping i will get some more calls about her in morning !!
marlowe65
walked our legs off the weekend with the sightings of her from the watering hole island down to the garrison lane island but nothing at all somebody has taken her in or she has moved on. felt low sunday night then felt sick with a prank call shes still out there somewhere we realy need her back
marlowe65
sorry false info on neechels but definately seen 5 times in watery lane and roads next to it using the central resavation to get up and down hope she stays well we will be walking all round the area tonight fingers are crossed keep you all posted many thanx
marlowe65
we are putting fliers all around plus we think we have had a sighting in the neechels area we are going down there this morning i cant thank everybody enough for what they are doing god bless you all hope roxy is safe and well

Yes one of them is a cross, but the one found at Alum Rock does say on the advert 'young adult' not puppy. Thanks for checking them out Caroline. Wouldn't have forgiven myself if I hadn't mentioned them and one of them turned out to be Sadie or Roxie :)
CarolineMurphy
Unfortunately after hearing more about these dogs via the other German Shep posted in central (Sadie) I don't think either of the dogs that K9Search have are Roxie, one is a young puppy and the other is a crossbreed xxxLast edited: 2011-05-19 18:40:52 by CarolineMurphy
