Dog warden has already seen a picture of baggins last week. he has spoken to owners dog is chipped to who have had the dog since a pup and then rehomed.

I am still waiting for pictures from him but why not find out which kennels the dog is in and ask to veiw the dog ?? Its worthing council - details on web site

I sent him a pic of Baggins & he said "the patch this dog has was on the other side of his body"... Well Baggins had a patch on both sides, & how would the warden remember!! I had a dream about Baggins last night- I need a photo of this dog! :( :( xxx

Just checked and it's only approx. 1 hour 20 minutes drive to where he was found. Bit of a trek if it's not him, but surely worth a shot if possible.

Is there anyway that Jodie could go and see this dog? I don't know how far it is to travel. Can we not get any more info from the dog warden? Don't want to miss a potential chance of finding Baggins.

i will see if can find out more info- need to establish for definate the date this found dog was chipped. If earler than date Baggins went missing then cannot be a match but if after - could be.

Baggins was definately NOT chippe - is that coorect Jodie??

Baggins owner is waiting for photos of this dog to check if it is Baggins. I have my fingers and toes crossed for her.

It definitely does. Did the previous owners of this dog have him from being a puppy? Could they have acquired Baggins not realising he was missing and then had him chipped?

dont want to jump the gun as they say but the description sounds a lot like baggins ID 20244 from DA2?? wish we had a photo.

Found at 20.00hrs on Sunday 27th March 2011. in a large boating lake in Worthing, West Sussex. Not known if fell in or was thrown in.



SharPei. Named Turbo. Born 2008. Neutered. Looks like a full SharPei but White in colour with a Greyish Brownish patch on head and another on his back.

Micochipped to Tunbridge Wells in Kent. Previous owners sounds genuine and believe they re homed the dog to a male called Jason in the Lewes area of East Sussex.



Sussex Police received a call that a dog was in the water and spent almost 2 hours trying to rescue him. The dog is underweight and has a skin condition and is now

Being treated at our local vet. Thankfully Turbo seems none the worse for his time in the water. Photo to follow.

Please ensure that you notify your local Dog Warden and the local Police Station - in Scotland you MUST inform your local Police Station and if possible contact the Dog Warden also.
The found dog may have a Microchip or a Tattoo - please have the dog scanned and checked for a tattoo at a vet's so that owners may be contacted as soon as possible.
