have spoken to the owner and there has been no news of Cindy at all, I have suggested that they start postering further a field. I have also added REWARD to Cindy's poster on the request of the owner, stay safe little girl until you are found xxx

Sorry to hear Cindy has gone missing. I live near Addenbrooke's which is nearly 30 minute drive from you - I'm not sure it's worth putting posters up around here, but I will be keeping an eye out. If you want me to put posters up here (Trumpington), then let me know and I will!

Have spoken to the owner and Cindy went missing from home, owner's have searched the area but no sign of her yet. I have given them advice over the phone and will also E-mail to them general information and contact numbers for vets and rescue centres. Hopefully we will have photo very soon so E-mail alerts can be sent out and I can make up posters and flyers, stay safe cCindy until you are found xxx

  • If your dog is microchipped please let the microchip company know that your dog is missing and check that all details are up to date.
  • Owners targeted by a malicious hoaxer demanding money for the return of their dog should phone the police on 101 immediately and contact investigations@doglost.co.uk

  • If your dog has been stolen inform the police immediately and obtain a crime reference number (CRN).
  • If your dog is picked up and taken to rescue kennels, it can be legally re-homed after seven days. Visit rescue centres in person and do not rely on checking by phone alone. Other people may not recognise your dog by your description, so give them a DogLost poster.
  • Keep us updated by keeping your dog's page up to date and check for posts from helpers who may have suggestions and possible matches or sightings
