So pleased little old Tomi was taken in by the kind lady. The outcome could have been so different in this freezing cold weather. Welcome home and no more wandering.

Hey everyone, just wanted to say thank you so very much for all of the help, it's been a great comfort to me.

Tomi has been found! A very kind woman at the top of the road picked him up, gave him a bath and let him sleep on her bed infront of a warm cosy fire. He's now in an RSPCA kennel just outside of Lynn, so I'll be picking him up today.

Thanks again everyone, such a wonderful community!

TomiIsMissing take a look at the above page, Jake an elderly TOTALLY BLIND JRT survived 10 days in freezing weather, he was found and was o.k. Terriers are very hardly little dogs. Keeping everything crossed for lovely Tomi to be back home with you soon. Good luck. Jan x

So sorry to hear that little Tom is missing, I pray that he turns up tonight still. I have said to ring the pound everyday, but if for some reason he slips through the net he will end up at our Rehoming Centre, as we take all the dogs from the local pound once they have done their 7 days. I know what he looks like now too from his poster and we will all be looking out for him, poor little man. Keeping everything crossed he is found safe and sound. Jo

Thank you so much everyone - It's great to get such support, as you can imagine I can only imagine the worst what with his age and the temperature outside. Let's hope he's safe and warm, poor guy.

Have phoned little Tomi's owner. Apparently he often goes walkabout to the nearby old peoples bungalows and they usually call to say he is there but this time he has just disappeared. Tomi is 14 years old. Have given the number of local dog warden and will send flyers and info. Let's hope the old fella is sitting in front of a warm fire somewhere.
