- Hi Carley. The email alerts are sent out from head office not from me and I have no idea why you are not receiving them but I will let HO know. I live just down the road from you in Fulstow so I know how difficult it is for you to get out at the moment. I will try and find out just where this little one is missing from and will amend details later.
