Margaret Green Kennel staff went back to the woods which we searched on Monday and after walking and searching all day they managed to find her late afternoon. She is at the vet today as she has a dislocated shoulder and is very thin but at least she is safe. Welcome back Asia. X

Well done Poochpal!

Met with Kennel staff and dog warden and posered the area this morning, also talked to several local people. Asia was last seen in fields in the village of Durweston on Friday morning so she had not gone very far from her new home. Kennel staff are going to contact local radio stations and press. Asia may have been taken in by someone thinking that she is a stray and not reported doing so. I am bumping her due to the sighting.

Contacted the kennels where Asia was rehomed from, all authorities are aware and postering has been done in the imediate area, if no news by tomorrow we will go and poster a wider area. Asia escaped through an open window in her new home. She is very timid but likes other dogs.
LAURA
We are getting really desperate now, this poor girl has been missing for 5 days now out in the countryside, and the nights have been so cold. Shes so nervous, and will be terrified and very weak by now. We just want our dog back.

Laura, I have emailed advice. Sorry to hear that Asia is missing. Someone will try to make personal contact with you as soon as possible, to offer advice and help. Firstly contact dog wardens, vets and local rescue centres. Give them all a detailed description of your dog with any distinguishing marks/scars. You can find vets in your own area by clicking on the green logo which says “Find Any UK VET”, on the right hand side of the page under the “latest missing dogs” photo - top right. As soon as a photo is added mailings will be sent out to all local helpers who will help in the search for your dog. You can also add comments and update the dog’s status, e.g.sightings, re-united etc. by clicking on “add a comment” at the bottom of the page. If your dog is microchipped please let the microchip company know that your dog is missing and at the same time, check that all details held, are up to date. You can obtain a “MISSING” poster from "view poster" above. You can only print posters when you are signed in. Start postering now! I CANNOT EMPHASISE HOW VERY IMPORTANT THIS IS. If your dog is picked up and taken to rescue kennels, it can be re-homed legally, after 7 days if it has no identification (microchip or ID disk attached), so please try to visit rescue centres, to look for your dog. Do not rely on checking by phone alone, as other people may not recognise your dog by your description.
