- Have you considered sending posters to Scottish Borders Council Library HQ in Selkirk and asking them to distribute them to their mobile library drivers. There are seven mobile library vans covering most of the Borders (including rural areas, farms etc) so this may be a good way of getting coverage for the dogs. I will get mobile 7 to put up a poster in this van (Roxburghshire area) but it may be worth emailing HQ and asking for the rest of the vans to display posters too.
