I’m not sure markings are a match and although says Labrador I think could be retriever. Are you aware of the dog mauled in Northern Ireland where likely chip was ripped out?

Binfield Dog Rescue have a Golden Retiever who has come in as a stray, worth a call.

Don't worry, I won't stop looking out for Storm. I have seen more posters up which is good. Please try Eagle Radio (Mark Chivers does a few lost pet requests), if you haven't done so already, it might just jog someones memory, you just never know, especially if you think he has been stolen you need to make him "too hot to handle"

Stormdog - Sorry there is still no trace, but at least you are getting some calls, so the posters are foremost in peoples minds. Unless you are 100% sure this siting was not Storm (that you saw the dog yourself and checked with the landowner) I would not rule it out completely. I've read on this site that a lot of lost dogs go to ground and can only come out at dawn or dusk, hopefully your pet detective can advise. Best of luck, I am still looking out for your boy on my walks.

Pet detective coming to see me tomorrow. Some riders saw a retriever alone in a field today rushed over with whistle but another blank. We think he belongs to a farm.

I'm so sorry it was not Storm. Don't forget to use Eagle Radio to alert people your dog is missing, apparently they are very supportive. Mabel the choc lab in Frimley was reunited due to an Eagle radio listener (see reunited pages). What about an add in the local paper (Herald and Messenger). Are there any places in Beacon Hill that you haven't yet covered that you would like me to look/poster?

No luck, drove around for an hour met someone else that had seen a retriever but described it as a much smaller dog.

Certainly contact Eagle,I'm pleased to say that Mabel ( chocolate labrador ) was spotted by an Eagle listener, was subsequently caught and is now safe and sound.They were very supportive at the radio station and it's certainly worth a try, good luck

Hello again. Have you thought about contacting Eagle Radio and asking them to mention about your dog being lost? There is a chocolate labrador missing in the Frimley area which was mentioned on the radio the other day and as a result of this a few people have rung in with sightings of her. It might jog peoples memories if they have seen him wandering around, but have not seen a poster to contact someone. I've put some posters up at Waggoners Wells Car Park and the entrances to the woods at Linkside in Beacon Hill as a starting point. I hope he is found soon.

Spoke to owners. Very unusual for Storm not to reply to his whistle and calling. He is very friendly with everyone. Please watch out for him. Will put photo on later today, similar one.

Hello I live in Beacon Hill and walk my own dogs in and around the surrounding area, so will keep my eyes peeled and put up some posters. Do your woods back on to the woods that are accessed via Linkside, Beacon Hill and Green Lane, Churt?
