So very sorry - another one lost to the railways. My thoughts are with Zoe at this awful time - I do hope Winnie is safe somewhere - I am in Reigate and have been keeping an eye out. Run free at the bridge dear Honey xx

Oh Zoe Im so sorry - run free Honey
zoe
have had a call from a railway maintenance guy at merstham train station, he found and burried honey after she got clipped by a train about 3 weeks ago, (have just returned to the job and seen my poster so rung me to let me know) no sign of winnie - has had the rest of the guys looking for his body in the undergrowth in case he got hit aswell but havnt found anything, so he may have run off, deverstated, every time i see a dog gone to rainbow bridge im in tears and so badly didnt want my honey to be one of them, will carry on looking for winnie just in case he made it.

Winnie and Honey are in The Countryman’s Weekly magazine today. Good Luck
zoe
still no news, have contacted dog warden today as she has been away for a week, found 4 staffies last week in that area but unfortunatly none were mine, she is going to visit local traveller site (pendel) today or tomorrow to ask for help and see if they will ask around for me!

Zoe I've uploaded a much clearer photo of Winnie & Honey now for the DL poster. Various size posters are now done with the better photo, will email to you a.s.a.p. Not sure if this the area you are referring to but there is a Pendel in Lancashire North West link to the Council website is: http://www.pendle.gov.uk/ and link to Council Dog Warden service is: http://www.pendle.gov.uk/a_to_z/service/501/animals-stray
zoe
sorry pendel area ? not sure where it is but want to find out and head down there
zoe
re postered today along radstock way area merstham, a lot had been ripped down, feeling a bit down as the feedback from that area is not good, a lot of people i spoke to said staffies go missing from that area all the time and a certain group of people from pendleton area are taking them and using them as bait - not what i wanted to hear, but had at least 3 people say that to me, feeling very frustrated and down today :(Last edited: 2010-06-04 16:36:56 by zoe

Zoe, sorry to see your lovely pair are still not home. Keep up with the postering there could be a reason someone is taking them down or possibly the Council. I've added their names onto the picture for identification and will also do various size posters a.s.a.p. which will hopefully help spread the word. Have emailed you a joint A4 poster for you to check. Jan x
zoe
