Found: Tri Border Collie Female

This is the girl I found she was wandering on brittania rd in golcar when she started following my collie and rottweiler she followed me across two main roads so I tried putting a lead on her but she is very lead aggressive she hates them and will snap and bite as soon as you try I tried for over a hour with biscuits and coaxing nothing worked so let her follow me home being very careful with traffic and she ran into house when I got home so I finally managed to corner her and get a lead over her but she wouldnt stop biting the lead I dont think she is used to one I put her in my dog crate and the dog wardens collected her on a grasper as she was very growly and snarling at us she snapped alot taking food and was just generally not showing any signs of being friendly other than to my other dogs I have rung the kennels on 17th march and she is still not claimed and is still hating leads so i am hoping her owners come forward for her soon I have asked about were I found her but no one seems to know whos dog she is poor girl

Yettontop .....no sadly its not Freddie. My first thoughts were of Freddie and I contacted Rachel ASAP. She has been to check this dog out personally to check it was not Freddie and has taken some photos of her. Thanks ~ Pam x

Don't know where in the NE this dog was found - but we are absolutely sure it is not Freddie, aren't we?????????

Co ordinator Lilylou has been to see this dog at the kennels this morning and has taken some photos which she will be sending over later tody. She is quite young maybe around a year old and and looks to have been well cared for but is very timid and afraid at the moment.~ Pam

It appears this dog has been taken to a local stray kennels. Co ordinator Lilylou is going to call at the kennels tomorrow morning for more information on this found dog. ~ Pam
