17.40 p.m.  LOL confusing time trying to track down who made the call. Sadly do not think Snoop is in the RSPCA. Owner lives a good distance from the RSPCA and does not have transport.  I got off work earlier and called into kennels on way home.  Checked all kennels, even rehoming and quarantine kennels (thank you RSPCA).  As usual there are loads of staffies in there, some very similar, could not find a 100% match.  Family are going to visit the kennels themselves a.s.a.p. and I've stressed they need to go at least once a week due to the 7 day ruling.  Poster was re-emailed last night to RSPCA have also left colour pics of him blown up which they will put in the holding block. Would like to thank the caller as it only takes that one call to be the right one.  Jan x  Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Owner had a phone call from a mobile just after 1700 hrs saying Snoop is in Halewood RSPCA, they said they worked in kennels.  Owner did try RSPCA but it was closed.  I've rang the number and the person who answered said it was not them, asked if they knew anyone by the name the caller gave, they did.  Said they would find more out, I've also spoken to a local kennels to confirm they know someone by the said name.  They have confirmed they do and it maybe that the person has seen a poster in their kennels and they did visit Halewood in the past couple of days.  Since spoken again to the person who originally answered the mobile and they have now spoken to the caller who has told them Snoop is in the RSPCA.  Waiting game now until tomorrow when owner and myself can follow it up.  Fingers crossed it is Snoop.  Good luck.  Jan x  Bumped due to call.  Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Briefly spoken to owner (we are both in work), they are going to send a photo a.s.a.p. once we have a photo various size posters can be done.  They called into Halewood RSPCA yesterday (that is where he would go if picked up in the area) there was one the spitting image of Snoop.  I?ve stressed the importance of visiting at least once a week as he could be rehomed after 7 days and kennels do have a lot of staffies in.  Jan xLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Owner, sorry to see Snoop is missing, we will try and contact you a.s.a.p.   Thanks for registering his details, we will do all we can to help you in your search.  Please email a photo to admin@doglost.co.uk (QUOTE ID 21736).  You need to poster poster poster the area as much as possible.  Posters can be printed once a photo has been uploaded by selecting Dog Poster 1 just above Dog Information (you must be registered and logged in).  Contact DW's, rescues, vets and leave a poster (you can find vets in the area by clicking on the logo right hand side just underneath Latest Missing photo).  Dogs can be rehomed after 7 days, try and visit rescues do not rely on phone calls alone.  Please update us on who has been contacted i.e. DW's etc and if you have started postering.  You can leave a comment by selecting   Add a comment  just above Comments.  Text sent requesting a photo, landline and email address.  Good luck and hope he is  found soon.  Jan xLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
