I've two mini's myself and have been looking in every day hoping for news of this little chap.  Really pleased to read there may have been a sighting. So hoping that he is safe and well, only sorry I'm too far away to be of any practical help.

Just spoken again to owner. There has been a report of a sighting on Llandaff Cathedral Green last Monday at 3.30pm. Owners are postering and hoping that he didnt fall in the river. They have my landline number and will contact me if there's anymore news.

Just spoken to owner. She thinks that Sitz has fallen into the river and although he can swim, it was very fast flowing. I've advised her who to contact etc and she will send a photo as soon as her daughter gets home from school. Fingers crossed he's found safe.
