Caeser belongs to an elderly lady who left him outside a local shop for just a few minutes and he was taken by someone ! His details have been posted on site by a neighbour and I have asked him to pass my contact details on to the lady owner so she can contact me and we can help her directly. As Caeser was stolen a week ago it is VITAL that we get POSTERS out there ASAP ! I have asked her neighbour to ask the owner for a photo so he can scan it in and send to us ASAP. Any helpers in the area please help this lady by putting up posters once we have a photo on site.  x Pam .
