It sounds like he has been found and present owners need to be traced. I will contact the youth area coordinator and try to contact the finder for an update.

Don't understand, has Marlon been found or did someone find another dog? Makes no sense, unless Marlon was reunited when he first went missing, has been rehiomed, got lost and then got found.

Tray ...thanks for finding this dog. Can you take him to local vet to have microchip scanned and also report to dog warden. Hopefully owner will come forward. Last edited: 2019-12-21 16:51:47 by Sandra Watt

We have found this dog in Exeter but cannot find the owner as he was given to someone in Plymouth according to the old man that previously owned her. He’s now 13 years old and we cannot keep him as our own old dog keeps attacking him. Please come forward and call us on 01382 861422

More info about missing Marlon posted on another site - Marlon is 3 yrs old, short legged, not neutered, has small white blaze on chest and teeny bald patch on middle of tail, walks with slight limp due to broken front left leg as puppy, Microchipped/yes by PDSA, wearing black collar, MISSING / STOLEN from outside Blue Banana shop in Horsefair, Bristol city centre 4pm Thursday 29 October. The  RSPCA and Police have been informed of Marlon  missing/stolen. Hope this boy is home very soon.x  Just a thought as i was posting above notes but Bristol city centre is full of CCTV camera's, its worth checking with the local shops and shopping centre security office to see if this area was filmed.  Myself and dinkydoodle both live in Bristol, so will keep look out for Marlon and help if needed.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Thanks Jayne for registering Marlon.  Hope rescue site says he is brindle and he is chipped (I hope this is correct).  Owner or owner's friend, please post if you need any help with postering in city centre as I will be able to put some up later on this week.  Please check with Bristol cats and dogs home by visiting daily.  Also Holly Hedge sanctuary, Barrow Gurney.  If you haven't already done so, put an advert in Bristol Evening Post, post on trade-it and gumtree online.  Hope Marlon is home very soon.x.  Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
